This in person healing session is facilitated in my home studio in South London and includes
- a short consultation to clarify intention
- shamanic drum meditation
- full body hands-on reiki
- crystal bowls / voice sound healing for integration
- integration/mentorship chat + sharing any insights received for you
- oracle card reading to support your path and clarify any questions
All you need to do is lie down and be open to receive.

Reiki, referring to Universal Life Force energy, is an ancient hands-on energy healing technique originating from the East, which was rediscovered and popularised in the 20s by Japanese Doctor and monk, Dr. Mikao Usui. With the understanding that everything in this Universe is energy, this holistic practice works on the body, mind + spirit, awakening a person’s natural healing abilities. Reiki offers fluidity to any stagnant energies in the body, bringing the entire being into greater states of harmony.
