1-1 FREQUENCY SHIFT CEREMONY — IN PERSON
This in person ceremony is a total reset, an opportunity to shift your state. It is facilitated in my home studio in South London and includes:
- a discussion to clarify and deepen into your intention
- guided Himalayan breathwork
- ceremonial cacao + guided meditation
- shamanic drum meditation
- full body hands-on reiki
- crystal bowls / voice sound healing for integration
- integration/mentorship chat + sharing any insights received for you
- oracle card reading to support your path and clarify any questions

My Frequency Shift session with Nina was magic.
This was my first 1-1 session with Nina but having previously attended her women's circles and group workshops I knew that I was in good hands. Nina has such a kind, warm presence and creates a safe space to share openly which allowed me to be fully present and let go / relax in in to the different elements of the session.
I booked the Frequency Shift as I was going through a transitionary period and feeling quite anxious and heavy and by the time I left I felt lighter, more settled and peaceful - the anxiety I was experiencing had quietened down and I felt excited about the possibilities ahead.
Nina tailored the session completely to what I needed, passing on insights and advice over cacao and sharing breathwork techniques that I'm still using to support me now, a couple of months later. I also received reiki and sound healing which was beautiful and allowed me to take a break from my overthinking mind and come back into my body.
My Frequency Shift session was a gift to myself - I carving out time to retreat for a little while and to allow myself to be held with gentle love and care.
