✺ a guided breathwork and meditation to settle you and prepare you for receiving Reiki
✺ 30min of distant healing
✺ a visualisation meditation to integrate
✺ oracle card reading to support your path and clarify any questions - messages are shared with you so you can come back to them
✺ integration chat and sharing any messages received for you
All you need to do is be in a comfortable in an undisturbed space, where you can lie down and relax for the duration of the treatment.
