“I met Nina at one of her meditation classes and fell in love with her integrated practice. She offered me 6 weeks 1:1 tailored Sattva yoga journeys at my house to help manage stress and anxiety. Each week we’d make tea, set up in my cosy spare room and it felt like hanging out with a lovely friend.
