So what is SAdhanA?

Sadhana is the Sanskrit word for daily spiritual practice, it literally is a means of accomplishing something and to me encompasses the essence of these three words: practice, devotion + ritual.

Integrating pranayama, kriya, mantra, meditation, movement and self-study, this approach to daily practice guarantees shifts on a deep cellular level.

We start with a 60min consultation so I can gain understanding of your lifestyle, where you are and what you’d like support with. Based on this, I create your personalised sequence, and initiate you into the practice that will best support your alignment + evolution at this time.

Through a combination of practices rooted in ancient wisdom, your commitment to this journey will leave you transformed in a powerful and everlasting way.

Sadhana takes you from where you are to where you want to go. It is an intelligent practice based on what you need, allowing you to meet your depth, inner strength, resilience and capacity to transform the moment you decide to.

FAQs

 

How much time will I need to dedicate to practice every day?

It all depends on you and how much time you have and want to dedicate to it, but it can be anywhere between 25-60minutes. I work with however long you choose to dedicate your Self to.

I have also worked with clients where the practice is divided into morning + evening so it feels more manageable: eg. 15min 2x day.

What if I miss a day of practice?

If you miss a day, you start again at day 1. We will explore why this was the case, and allow you to re-work your boundaries so as to make time for practice. Don’t worry too much, but know that this is the whole point of Sādhanā - to devote your Self fully to the practice and witness the subtle yet transformational shifts unfold.

Do I need to have any yoga or meditation experience?

Absolutely not! No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary for this. Simply show up with an open Heart and a willingness to learn more about your Self and the practice.

The practice will meet you where you are - whether you’ve been practicing for years, or are just at the beginning of your journey.

Do I need to practice in the morning?

Ideally yes, so you can witness your Self throughout the day, but not necessarily. It’s helpful for the brain’s neuroplasticity to practice at the same time every day, but of course some days will flow differently. Create whatever will best support you in showing up for Sadhana. I have also created shorter practices for my clients to do morning + evening. I tailor myself to you.

Can I get a refund if I don’t manage to do the 21 or 40 days?

Your commitment is yours to make to your Self. Amongst the many lessons Sadhana teaches us, one of the main ones is that no one else can show up for our Self but our Selves.

I value the time and energy I spent in offering this journey to you, which is why I do not offer any refunds once you decide to join.

What exactly will I be practicing?

Depending on your intention, the tools I am tapping into for this integrated practice the same ones I was initiated into in India. These are pranayama, mantra, kriya, meditation, movement and self study through journaling.
