𖦹 Start on the New Moon – Each cycle begins in alignment with the New Moon, an invitation to plant new seeds of intention and commit to your growth.
𖦹 Daily Live Practice – We gather on Zoom every morning from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM GMT to move through our shared practice together. Each cycle includes Himalayan Kundalini, witness meditation, gratitude, and journaling.
𖦹 Recordings Available – Every session is recorded and will be available for 1x week after the cycle ends, allowing you to revisit the practice at your own pace if you need.
𖦹 Community & Accountability – You’ll be invited into a private WhatsApp group to connect with other women on the journey, share reflections, and receive encouragement throughout the 21 days.
