FRIDAY 3RD JANUARY — WOMEN'S CIRCLE: WORD OF THE YEAR ALCHEMY

What will we be doing for 2.5 hours?
Having dropped the whole intention setting over the last few years, I have been working with a Word of the Year instead, and it’s been such a powerful way to anchor into my desires, and keep me focused on their cultivation. And this year I want to guide you through this process. We will do it together, in community, deepening the seeds we are sowing even further.

We will share a cosmic breath journey, ceremonial cacao (or rose tea if you prefer), drum meditation, guided journaling, oracle weaving, and a ritual.

Please note: Cacao isn’t suitable for anyone who is allergic to chocolate, very sensitive to caffeine or taking SSRI's. Rose tea is always an option. Cosmic Breath isn’t suitable for anyone who is pregnant or trying to conceive, but there are alternative breaths I can suggest. Please get in touch if you fall into any of these categories so I can make suitable adjustments.

Is this event women only?
Yes, this space is intentionally held with women in mind.

Where/when is this happening?
It’s from 7-9:30pm on Friday 3rd January, in my beautiful home very near Clapham Junction station in SW11. Exact address details will be e-mailed the night before the event.

Should I bring anything?
Please bring some water. Bring a notebook / your journal with you, and anything small you may want to place at the altar to charge (a crystal or a piece of jewelry for instance). A large scarf / blanket might be nice to feel extra cozy.

What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable, and I recommend wearing layers for better temperature control.

Do I need to know anything prior to joining?
Not at all. If you feel called, then please know that you are welcome. This is a really loving and respectful space welcoming woman for all backgrounds, faiths and stages of life.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
A yoga mat and cushion will be provided for you, but feel free to bring anything else you may want to feel comfortable.
You might consider like a large scarf or blanket for the sound healing.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

There are no refunds available after purchase, though the ticket may be transferred to another date (space permitting) or to another woman.
