As the holiday season nears, you are invited you to join Nourish – Within + Without, a special women’s circle dedicated to aligning mind, body, and spirit through mindful nourishment. This December 1st, set aside time to ground yourself in a serene environment as we explore how the food we consume shapes our thoughts and emotions, and how our mindset impacts the way we receive and enjoy food. Hosted under the transformative energy of the Sagittarius New Moon, this is the perfect opportunity to approach the festive season with renewed balance and intention.

With practical insights, you’ll learn how to make intentional choices that honor both body and mind. Nina
Nina is the founder of yiflow and a spiritual wellbeing mentor guiding women on the path of healing + self realisation.
Weaving in breath, movement, contemplation + sound steeped in both wild and ancient wisdom, Nina is devoted to expanding the possibility for love and evolution in this life. A certified Sattva Yoga, Tantric Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga & Mindfulness teacher, Women’s Circle facilitator as well as a graduate of Berklee College of Music, Nina’s journey paired with her musical + multicultural background make the spaces she holds innately welcoming, deeply healing and transformative. A mystic at heart and devoted yoga practitioner, her mission is to offer experiences that make each one of us realise the peace, power, and wisdom available within us all - the Divine within and without - alongside the recognition of the miracle that lies in the ever unfolding present moment.

Helena
Helena is founder of Nourish&Be, and is a nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner.
Helena has been fascinated by food and the human body for as long as she can remember. She firmly believes that life is here to be enjoyed, with a healthy body and mind being foundational to this. Helena’s mission is to transform the way people think about their health. Guided by the belief that health is not simply the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing, she takes a holistic approach to wellness. Drawing on a wealth of experience as a nutritional therapist, meditation and yoga teacher, life coach and private chef, Helena supports her clients to achieve lasting and meaningful change.

Is this event women only?
Yes, this space is held for women only.
Please book sooner rather than later if you feel called as only 10x spaces are available.

Where/when is this happening?
This gathering is unfolding from 11am-1:30pm on Sunday 1st December in Nina’s beautiful home in Battersea, very near Clapham Junction station in SW11.
Exact address details will be e-mailed the night before the event.

What’s included in the ticket price?
The entire gathering is taken into account in the ticket price, including a vegetarian, gluten free meal we will share and sound healing experience. Please let us know of any allergies.

Do I need to have any previous experience or understanding of the practices?
Not at all, you will be lovingly held and guided throughout the entire morning together.

What should I wear? Should I bring anything?
Nina recommends wearing anything you feel comfortable in, and perhaps with layers for better temperature control.
A yoga mat and meditation cushion will be provided for you, but feel free to bring anything else you may want to feel comfortable — a blanket or large scarf to cover yourself during the sound healing, for instance might be nice to have.

Do I need to know anything prior to joining?
This is a really loving and respectful space, created for you to pause, receive healing and reconnect to yourself.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
There are no refunds available after purchase, though the ticket may be transferred to another woman. Simply e-mail nina@yiflow.co.uk to let us know of any changes.
