The day will offer sharing/listening circles, a ‘nervous system reset’ workshop, intuitive movement, breathwork, meditation, tea ceremony, crystal bowls / voice sound healing and reiki.

This 2 hour workshop invites you to experience the healing power of your voice as you are lovingly guided into uncovering the uniqueness of your frequency. Leave feeling deeply grounded and connected to your self as we journey through a breathwork practice, voice toning and chant mantra together. As the vibrations create shifts within, you give your body, mind and spirit some space to come back to a state of inner balance and harmony. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience necessary.
